Opie’s Story

Opie was adopted in 2015 in Ohio. He joined the sanctuary family when his dad found the woman who is now Opie’s mom.

Opie is best friends with Freya. His favorite things to do are play tug of war with his best dog friend, make new friends at the dog park, and make new human friends wherever he goes.

In his senior years, Opie struggles with allergies and eat infections, which he receives regular treatment for.

Opie brings joy and laughter to everyone at the sanctuary, and everyone loves him!
